1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Listy.pk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you are using the Site on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

Listy.pk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for lawful purposes. You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the Site without our written permission
• Not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site
• Not transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

3. Business Listings

3.1 Submission

You may submit your business for listing on Listy.pk subject to admin review and approval. By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• You are the owner or authorized representative of the business
• You have the right to use all images and content you submit
• The business is a legitimate, legally operating entity

3.2 Approval & Moderation

All listings are subject to review and approval by our admin team. We reserve the right to:

• Approve, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion
• Edit listings to correct formatting, spelling, or policy compliance issues
• Remove listings that violate these Terms or our content guidelines
• Permanently ban users who repeatedly violate our Terms

3.3 Public Nature of Listings

Information submitted in a business listing (name, phone number, address, photos, etc.) will be displayed publicly on the Site and may be indexed by search engines. Only submit information you are comfortable making publicly available.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for keeping your business listing accurate and current. Listy.pk is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated listing information.

4. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on Listy.pk. Submitting such content will result in immediate removal and may result in a permanent ban:

• Illegal Businesses — businesses engaged in illegal activities, including but not limited to: drug trafficking, weapons dealing, human trafficking, counterfeit goods
• Adult Content — pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented businesses
• Misleading Information — false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Hate Speech — content promoting discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation
• Gambling — illegal gambling operations or unlicensed betting services
• Spam — duplicate listings, fake reviews, or artificial engagement
• Malicious Content — links to malware, viruses, phishing sites, or other harmful content
• Copyright Infringement — content that violates the intellectual property rights of others
• Personal Information of Others — posting another person's private information without their consent
• Content Violating Google Policies — any content that violates Google AdSense program policies

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Site Content

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Listy.pk and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5.2 User-Submitted Content

By submitting a business listing including text, photos, and other content ("User Content"), you grant Listy.pk a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content on the Site and in promotional materials related to the Site.

You retain ownership of your User Content and are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit it. You represent that your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Advertising

Listy.pk displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. By using the Site, you acknowledge:

• Advertisements on the Site are served by Google and governed by Google's advertising policies
• We do not control the content of third-party advertisements
• Clicking on advertisements may lead you to third-party websites not controlled by Listy.pk
• We are not responsible for any products, services, or content advertised by third parties
• Google may use cookies to personalize ads based on your browsing history

If you encounter an advertisement that appears inappropriate or violates Google's policies, please report it directly to Google through their AdSense Help Center.

7. Disclaimers

Listy.pk expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing information
• The quality, safety, or legality of any business listed on the Site
• That the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
• That the results obtained from using the Site will meet your requirements

Listy.pk is a directory platform only. We do not endorse, recommend, or vouch for any business listed on the Site. Users interact with listed businesses entirely at their own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Listy.pk and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Any damages arising from your reliance on business listing information
• Any damages arising from transactions between users and listed businesses
• Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your submissions
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed PKR 1,000 (One Thousand Pakistani Rupees).

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Listy.pk and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content submitted to the Site
• Your use of the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including business websites listed in our directory, and advertisement links served by Google AdSense. These links are provided for your convenience only. Listy.pk has no control over the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them. Accessing third-party links is done entirely at your own risk.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

You may request removal of your business listing at any time by contacting us at info@listy.pk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue using the Site.
